MCR/MORSE Development, the nation’s third-largest hotel owner-operator, is set to revive the iconic Gramercy Park Hotel in Downtown. The five-star property has been closed since 2020 and will undergo a comprehensive renovation that includes restoring its lobby, first floor restaurants and bars, 197 guestrooms as well as its 7,000 square foot rooftop bar.

The hotel boasts a rich history of attracting athletes, politicians and celebrities such as The Clash , U2 , David Bowie .
