The upcoming Houston Texas Distribution Center, located on a 108-acre plot in unincorporated Harris County, will be developed by Hines. The site is strategically situated at Roberts Road and U.S. Route 290 for efficient next-day order fulfillment.
Upon its expected completion in 2026, the distribution center will house an extensive range of industrial supplies including hand and power tools, HVAC equipment, fluid power solutions, lighting fixtures, power transmission equipment and motors. With over 250 employees anticipated to be hired within a year of opening , Grainger aims to establish itself as a major player in the region’s industrial supply market.
Set for groundbreaking this spring,the project marks another milestone for Grainger’s expansion efforts across Texas where it currently operates more than 45 locations.
