TF Cornerstone (TFC) has secured a new lease with Gotham Pickleball, a high-energy urban pickleball brand. Gotham Pickleball has signed a 10-year, 26,000-square-foot lease at 52-37 Second Street, TF Cornerstone’s industrial waterfront building in Long Island City, where it is expected to open this fall.
“Reinvigorating this industrial space for vibrant indoor-outdoor use speaks to the continued evolution of Long Island City and our approach to curating tenants that enhance the character and energy of the neighborhood,” said Steve Gonzalez, vice president of retail leasing at TF Cornerstone.
Created to bring pickleball access to city dwellers, Gotham Pickleball opened its first location—an 8,000-square-foot, four-court facility, also in Long Island City—in December 2024. The new Second Street location will allow Gotham to expand its programming, host larger-scale events and further strengthen its connection to the surrounding community.
