**GoPro Campus in San Mateo to Be Redeveloped into Residential Community**

Harvest Properties and Stockbridge have acquired the 379,615-square-foot Clearview Business Park in San Mateo through an off-market transaction. While the exact purchase price was not disclosed, reports estimate the deal at approximately $102 million. The companies plan to redevelop the 22-acre hilltop property into a residential community, which will include 225 townhomes and single-family homes—some of which will be designated as affordable housing.

Located at 3000–3155 Clearview Way, the current site features six Class A office buildings, along with surface and structured parking. The property is partially leased to GoPro, which currently occupies space under a lease agreement running through 2026. Originally constructed in 1973, the campus served as the global headquarters for Visa International before transitioning to GoPro in 2011.

“We selected this site because our proposed housing plan will integrate seamlessly into the existing neighborhood,” said Tyler Issadore, Senior Director at Harvest Properties. “This is one of the most difficult housing types to replicate due to the significant land requirements. Projects like this are rare, but they’re essential to expanding the for-sale housing supply and creating opportunities for current and future San Mateans.”

The redevelopment of the site aligns with regional goals of addressing housing shortages while offering a transition from a historically commercial use to a mixed-income residential community.
