Goodyear Mixed-Use Project: RED/Globe to Joint Venture on 150 Acres

RED has a long history of major downtown development and revitalization projects, such as CityScape in Phoenix, PV in Paradise Valley and Prasada in Surprise. Now RED is joining forces with Globe Corp to build GSQ – a more than 150-acre mixed-use development located in Goodyear. This project will feature dining, retail, residential, office space hotel accommodations and entertainment offerings that are sure to create an exciting destination for the city’s residents.

Goodyear is one of Arizona’s fastest growing cities with its population having increased by over 45% within the past decade alone; it also boasts over half a million people living within 10 miles of GSQ! Mike Ebert from RED commented on this joint venture saying “The City of Goodyear has been an incredible partner who shares our vision for creating something special that will improve how people live work and play here” Construction on GSQ is expected to begin 2024 with additional announcements coming later this year.
