RED is a leader in major downtown development and revitalization projects, such as CityScape in Phoenix, PV in Paradise Valley, and Prasada in Surprise. Now RED has joined forces with Globe Corp. to build GSQ – a more than 150-acre mixed-use development located within the rapidly growing city of Goodyear. The project will include dining, retail, residential units, office space hotel accommodations and entertainment offerings that are sure to create an exciting destination for locals and visitors alike.
Goodyear’s population has increased by over 45% over the past decade; making it home to more than half a million people within 10 miles of GSQ alone! Mike Ebert from RED noted that “The City of Goodyear has been an incredible partner throughout this process; they share our vision for creating an upscale destination that will revolutionize how residents live work & play here” Construction on GSQ is scheduled to begin 2024 with further announcements expected later this year
