**Goodman Completes Building One at Commerce Center Long Beach**
Goodman North America has completed construction of Building One at the Goodman Commerce Center Long Beach. The newly finished facility is located at 2401 E. Wardlow Road, adjacent to the Long Beach Airport and in close proximity to major transportation routes. Situated in an area widely known as “Space Beach,” the site is strategically designed to support industries such as last-mile distribution, warehousing, space technology, aerospace, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
“This is a launchpad built to propel growth — where strategic location, supply-chain resilience, a strong talent pool, and modern infrastructure combine to help customers withstand trade uncertainty and achieve long-term success,” said Anthony Rozic, CEO of Goodman North America. “Long Beach has always held a unique position as a key logistics hub — a role that has grown even more critical in today’s economic environment.”
The property boasts advanced industrial features, including a 40-foot internal height for maximizing vertical storage, a 240-foot truck court depth, 61 dock doors, and two grade-level doors. It also includes a secured yard, a 4,000-amp main switchboard, and flexible design options for office build-out. A 10,000-square-foot mezzanine is included in the facility, with an additional 11 acres of adjacent land available for complementary uses.
With its prime location and state-of-the-art design, Building One at Goodman Commerce Center Long Beach is well-positioned to meet the growing demands of modern industrial users.
