KPS Development Partners, a Memphis-based firm, has successfully completed Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network’s new inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Center Valley, PA. KPS CEO Scott Kern expressed his pleasure of working with the network for the past four years to make their vision come alive. He further noted that delivering a healthcare project requires great attention to detail due to strict guidelines and medical/accessibility considerations as well as its size and layout. The 123,000-square-foot facility offers 76 private patient rooms; FCA Architects and Pennoni & Associates served as civil engineers while IMC Construction acted as general contractor with Madison Art Consulting providing artwork consultation services throughout this project. KPS is proud of having delivered such an important asset that will bring value to those in need for many years ahead within Lehigh Valley community!
