**Good Farms Signs 80,000-Square-Foot Warehouse Lease in Otay Mesa**
Colliers has successfully completed a lease for 80,031 square feet of industrial space at 7820 Paseo De La Fuente in San Diego’s Otay Mesa market. Also known as OBX, the property will serve as a key logistics hub for Good Farms, a San Diego-based produce and agricultural company.
The lease transaction was brokered by Colliers’ team of Executive Vice Presidents Chris Holder and Mark Lewkowitz along with Associate Vice President Will Holder, who represented Good Farms. The landlords, Kearny Real Estate Company and Morgan Stanley, were represented by JLL.
Good Farms specializes in sustainable agriculture, distributing fresh produce across North America. Its operations span California, Baja California, and mainland Mexico. The new facility offers a 36-foot clear height and includes additional trailer parking, ideal for large-scale distribution and logistics operations.
“Despite an uncertain economy and the threat of large tariffs with Mexico, demand in the Otay Mesa market remains robust with over 700,000 square feet of new leases being signed in the last six months,” stated Chris Holder. Earlier this year, Colliers also secured a 119,044-square-foot lease for JD Group at Badiee Development’s Sanyo Logistics Center.
This recent deal underscores the continued strength of the Otay Mesa industrial market and the region’s growing role as a cross-border logistics hub.
