Tom Berry has recently joined Newmark as the managing director for their capital markets group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of golf and country clubs, golf resorts, and master-planned communities across the United States. With nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Berry is well-versed in traditional offerings as well as confidential sales processes such as section 363 bankruptcy auctions. He has been involved in over $600 million worth of transactions.
