**Goldrich Kest Appoints Kent Crandall as CFO**

Goldrich Kest, one of Southern California’s largest privately owned real estate investors, developers, and property managers, has appointed Kent Crandall as its new Chief Financial Officer. Based in Orange County, Crandall will oversee the company’s cash flow, financial planning, forecasting, long- and short-term strategies, taxation matters, and overall business operations.

Crandall brings over three decades of experience to his new role. Before joining Goldrich Kest, he served as CFO of Lafayette Real Estate, a private equity firm managing $2 billion in assets.
