The Goldie Initiative has recently expanded its mentorship and scholarship program to the Northeast region of the United States. This initiative, which aims to prepare women for senior leadership positions in commercial real estate, kicked off its expansion with successful events in New York City and Philadelphia. These events drew a crowd of over 250 current and future leaders.
Named after Goldie B. Wolfe Miller, a trailblazer in commercial real estate brokerage, The Goldie Initiative offers valuable opportunities such as scholarships, mentoring programs, networking events, and skills development for women pursuing graduate studies focused on real estate. With an impressive presence at nearly 20 universities across the nation, the program continues to grow.
According to Megan Abraham, the chief executive officer of The Goldie Initiative,”Top talent knows no boundaries, and we have seen this through our expanding network of former scholars and mentors located throughout different markets nationwide.” In line with their ongoing expansion efforts, the initiative will be hosting networking events in Boston this coming April 2024.
