Global Wealth Management Platform Established by Core Spaces

Core Spaces, a real estate developer specializing in student housing based in Chicago, has recently formed a new Global Wealth Management platform. This team will be responsible for driving the growth of Core’s student housing portfolio and is led by directors Tom and John Dine. The team includes Michael Hughes as managing director for intermediaries, Angie Fisher as director of funds management operations, and Chris Best, Nick Baseel, and Daniel Sexton as directors of capital formation.

The purpose of this division is to utilize Core’s portfolio to provide high-net-worth individuals with access to institutional investments that were previously unavailable. With the increasing popularity of student housing properties as an asset class, this platform aims to diversify Core’s sources of capital.

Tom Dine expressed his confidence in the newly appointed team members stating that they are highly respected professionals with extensive experience who will bring value to their growing wealth platform. He also shared his excitement about working alongside such talented individuals who have the potential to take their division even further.
