Dubin & Co. LP, a private investment firm founded by Glenn Dubin, has recently relocated to a 10,777-square-feet office at 450 Park Avenue in the Plaza District of midtown Manhattan. The firm now occupies the entire 25th floor of this Emery Roth & Sons-designed architectural landmark owned by SL Green Realty Corp.
The sublease was facilitated by CBRE’s Ben Friedland and Taylor Scheinman from a financial services company. According to Christina Henderson, general counsel for Dubin & Co., “450 Park Avenue is an ideal location for our team as it places us in the heart of midtown Manhattan and just steps away from several portfolio companies.” Additionally, Haussmann Development – known for their mission to bring beauty and quality to New York real estate – will also be joining them at this new location.
