Glendale Warehouse Trades for $128.2M

A 1.1 million-square-foot warehouse located in Glendale, Arizona, has sold for $128.2 million. The transaction involved EQT Exeter as the buyer and WPT Capital as the seller. The property is located at 6390 N. Sarival Avenue, within the Sarival Logistics Center, near the intersection of Loop 303 and West Bethany Home Road.

The warehouse is currently leased by Logistics Plus, an international company specializing in warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and logistics services. The deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield, with Will Strong, Molly Hunt, Michael Matchett, and Jack Stamets representing both parties.

Fueled by rapid industrial growth along Loop 303, Glendale and nearby Goodyear are projected to support nearly 100 million square feet of warehouse space upon full build-out.

In support of this development, the Arizona Department of Transportation is extending the Loop 303 south of Interstate 10, further enhancing infrastructure and access throughout the region.
