Renowned developer Tony Mangat has announced plans for a high-end vehicle storage facility to be located at the intersection of Glendale Avenue and New River Road. The prime location, just minutes away from the bustling Glendale Entertainment District, is set to open in approximately one year.
The state-of-the-art MG Storage Condos will boast top-notch amenities such as air conditioning, a spacious 1,100-square-foot clubhouse, boat washing facilities and a convenient dump station. Design firm RKAA has been selected for the project while Campbell Development will serve as general contractor.
According to the site plan released by MG Storage Condos, there will be six storage buildings along with an impressive clubhouse on-site. Unit sizes range from 24’x30’, 24’x40’, and 24’x50’. With only about twenty units out of total of one hundred two currently listed as reserved on their website , interested parties are encouraged to act quickly.
In addition to this development in Glendale , preliminary plans have also been put forth for similar luxury vehicle storage facilities in Goodyear and Laveen . These projects are contingent upon demand but Mangat already owns land for both locations and is actively working through entitlement processes. The proposed Goodyear facility features sixty-nine units spread across five buildings while Laveen’s design includes eighty-three units alongside an elegant clubhouse .
