**More Development Planned for Glendale Entertainment District**
Glendale’s Sports and Entertainment District is set to welcome a new project at the corner of 99th Avenue and Ballpark Boulevard. The proposed mixed-use development, named Envision Encore, would feature high-density residential units, retail space, and potentially a hotel. Positioned just across the freeway from State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, the project is part of the area’s ongoing growth and revitalization.
Designed to be pedestrian-friendly, Envision Encore aims to introduce vibrant community amenities. In addition to apartments and possibly a hotel, plans may include commercial retail establishments such as mini-marts, childcare centers, dry cleaners, cafes, and other neighborhood services, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
This development represents another major addition to the expanding Westgate Entertainment District, already home to popular destinations like the Tanger Outlets, Desert Diamond Arena, and Tiger Woods-backed PopStroke, a golf entertainment concept.
Nearby attractions continue to grow, including a Top Golf venue to the east and the upcoming Andretti Indoor Karting and Games facility, scheduled to open later this year.
Envision Encore is poised to further elevate Glendale’s status as a premier destination for sports, entertainment, and urban living.
