**Gindi Equities Expands Portfolio with Fargo Multifamily Acquisition**
Gindi Equities has completed the acquisition of Amber Crossing Apartment Homes, a multifamily community located at 5170 Amber Valley Parkway S in Fargo, North Dakota.
The purchase, made from Property Resources Group, marks Gindi’s third investment in the growing Fargo market. Built in 2002, Amber Crossing consists of 117 apartment units ranging from one to three bedrooms.
“This transaction signifies a significant progression in our ongoing growth strategy and underscores our dedication to expanding our presence in the vibrant Fargo market,” said Al Gindi, President and Co-Founder of Gindi Equities. In November, the company also acquired Timber Creek Apartments, a 252-unit property from Property Resources Group.
