"Gilbane Completes Two Mixed-Use Life Sciences Buildings in Massachusetts"

Gilbane Building Company has recently finished two state-of-the-art life sciences facilities in the greater Boston area. The first, USQ, is a 205,000 square foot LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certified building located at 10 Prospect Street in Somerville’s Union Square. This innovative space combines laboratory and office areas with ground-floor retail and seventh-floor amenities.

The second facility is situated at 250 Arsenal Place in Watertown, MA., spanning over 255,000 square feet of Class A space. It offers a variety of office-lab suites and research spaces as well as on-site amenities such as a café and rooftop installations.
