"Georgia Tech Student Housing Venture in Core's Focus"

Core Spaces, a major player in the student housing industry, has plans to construct a 265-unit project for students near the Academy of Medicine in midtown Atlanta. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Core is considering utilizing an 0.8-acre lot at Seventh and Cypress streets for their new development called Hub Cypress. The proposed project would also include a coffee shop and will be conveniently located near Georgia Tech University. Dwell Design Studio has been chosen as the architect for this venture.

Fortunately, Core Spaces’ plans will not have any negative impact on the historic structure that was built back in 1941. In fact, their proposal includes designated parking spaces and amenities specifically designed to serve patrons of the Academy of Medicine which currently operates as an event space.

This is not Core’s first endeavor in this area; they recently completed another successful student housing project known as The Hub on Campus consisting of 290 units nearby. With numerous developments under its belt across various locations throughout America, it comes as no surprise that ConnectCRE reported yesterday about yet another one of their projects – this time involving over two thousand beds near North Carolina State University.

In summary:

Student accommodation giant Core Spaces intends to build a large-scale residential complex next to midtown Atlanta’s Academy of Medicine with potential plans including retail outlets such as cafes alongside dedicated parking facilities aimed towards serving visitors attending events held at said location while avoiding any interference with its historical significance dating back almost eighty years ago since being erected by architects from Dwell Design Studio without forgetting recent completion dates pertaining other similar ventures like ‘The Hub On Campus’ comprising nearly three hundred apartments within close proximity plus additional coverage provided by ConnectCRE regarding future construction efforts targeting North Carolina State University accommodating more than two thousand occupants upon completion.
