Georgetown’s newest master-planned community, Nolina, is set to feature 1,341 single-family homes upon completion in ten years. Developed by Johnson Development, the project also includes plans for 195 build-to-rent (BTR) homes and approximately 30 acres of commercial retail space.

Currently under construction with a grand opening scheduled for April 2024, Nolina will offer seven model homes and an amenity center. The first phase of the amenity center spans over seven acres and will include a resort-style pool, splash pad, park area,f itness studio,outdoor lounge,and fire pit. Future plans for the second phase may include a dog park and pickleball court.

Nestled just eight miles north of Hwy.29and Ronald Reagan Boulevard intersection,Nolina boasts close proximity to Leander,Liberth Hill,and Bar W Marketplace,a popular retail shopping destination anchored by H-E-B supermarket chain.
