Georgetown Nolina: Commercial and BTR Community Inclusion

Georgetown’s newest master-planned community, Nolina, is expected to have 1,341 single-family homes upon completion in ten years. Developed by Johnson Development, the project also includes 195 build-to-rent homes and approximately 30 acres of commercial retail space.

Construction for Nolina is currently underway and a grand opening for seven model homes and the amenity center is scheduled for April 2024.

The first phase of the community’s expansive 7-acre amenity center will feature The Wildflower House with a resort-style pool, splash pad, park area, fitness studio,and outdoor lounge with fire pit. Plans for a second phase include amenities such as a dog park and pickleball court.

Conveniently located just eight miles north of Hwy.29 at Ronald Reagan Boulevard intersection near Leander,Liberaty Hill,and Bar W Marketplace,a popular retail shopping destination anchored by H-E-B,Nolina offers easy access to surrounding areas while providing residents with an array of modern amenities within its own neighborhood.
