Georgetown Mixed-Use Development Progressing: See What's Taking Shape

Savvy Development is spearheading a mixed-use project on Williams Drive in Georgetown, the nation’s fastest-growing town. Community Impact reports that the 24-acre site located at 4795 Williams Drive will include multifamily housing, restaurant, retail and office space. Savvy bought the parcel about a year and a half ago; during this time they sold some of it to an apartment builder and fast food restaurant. Novak Brothers plan to build a 216-unit apartment community on October 28th while Culver’s will break ground in December for their own establishment.

The remaining five parcels of land are open for sale or development by Savvy themselves if they choose to keep them; plans include restaurants, retail and office spaces should this be their decision. With no signs of slowing down anytime soon, Georgetown is sure to benefit from these new developments coming its way!
