Savvy Development is spearheading a mixed-use project on Williams Drive in Georgetown, one of the nation’s fastest-growing towns. Community Impact reports that the 24-acre site located at 4795 Williams Drive will include multifamily housing, restaurant, retail and office space. Savvy bought the parcel about a year and a half ago and has since sold some of it to an apartment builder as well as fast food restaurant Novak Brothers who plan to break ground for their 216 unit complex on October 28th with Culver’s set to begin construction in December.
The remaining five parcels are available for sale or development by Savvy itself if they choose not to sell them off; plans include restaurants, retail outlets and office spaces should they opt against selling them off.
