### Georgetown Acquires 157,000-SF Fort Worth Retail Center

The Georgetown Company has acquired Waterside, a 12.6-acre grocery-anchored retail center in Southwest Fort Worth, from Trademark Property Company.

Waterside spans more than 157,000 square feet of retail space and boasts a 98% lease rate. The center is anchored by the only Whole Foods Market within a 20-mile radius. Other notable tenants include REI, Tricky Fish, and First Watch.

The retail center is part of the larger 62-acre Waterside development by Trademark, which features more than 550 multifamily rental units, a Residence Inn, townhomes, and office space.

This acquisition continues Georgetown’s expansion in the grocery-anchored retail sector, bringing its portfolio to over $275 million in assets across six locations in four states.

JLL Capital Markets’ Investment and Sales Advisory team represented Trademark in the transaction, with Chris Gerard, Barry Brown, Erin Lazarus, and Andrew Griffin leading the deal.
