In addition, Hines is developing a 336 unit rental community that could be ready as early as next year while Novak Brothers are turning 12 acres into Rise510 – offering 301 luxury apartments expected for summer 2024 along with single family homes following shortly after its completion.
The developer’s plans also include an open air amphitheater; lake; bell tower; European plaza featuring high end restaurants and retail users alongside a boutique hotel – all together potentially housing up to 5 000 residents when complete..
