Georgetown Development Booming: Marquee Project Moving Forward

Georgetown has seen a 14.4-percent population increase from 2021 to 2022, bringing the city’s total population to more than 86,500 residents and making it one of the fastest growing towns in the country. This growth is likely to be further accelerated by Wolf Lakes Village – an eagerly anticipated development project in Georgetown.

A 121,000 square-foot H-E-B grocery store will open next week and Ascension Seton medical offices are set for completion this July with 60,000 square feet of space available. In addition, Hines is developing a 336 unit rental community that could be ready as early as next year while Novak Brothers are turning 12 acres into Rise510 – offering 301 luxury apartments expected for summer 2024 along with single family homes following shortly after its completion.

The developer’s plans also include an open air amphitheater; lake; bell tower; European plaza featuring high end restaurants and retail users alongside a boutique hotel – all together potentially housing up to 5 000 residents when complete.. Marquee development continues at pace in booming Georgetown!
