Phase 3 Real Estate Partners recently signed a lease with Novoron Bioscience at Genesis-San Diego, an eight-story, 200,000-square-foot Class A life science building. This 7,432 square foot lease marks the third deal for the property in the past 12 months.
Novoron will utilize this space to continue their pioneering lipoprotein receptor drug development which aims to repair damage and degeneration of brain cells and spinal cords.
JLL’s Chad Urie, Grant Schoneman and Taylor DeBerry along with John Hundley from Kidder Mathews represented Phase 3 while Jon Engle of Kidder Matthews represented Novoron during negotiations.
Grant Schoneman commented that “the spec suites at Genisis San Diego are ideal for companies looking for immediate occupancy of newly built out lab or office spaces in order to further develop their technology.”
In mid 2022 Phase 3 completed its partnership project with Barings and Bain Capital Real Estate converting Genesis San Diego into a life science facility.
