Gemini Rosemont recently sold two office buildings totaling over 150,000 square feet to Black Forest Ventures. JLL acted as the broker for the transaction, representing the seller and procuring the buyer. At time of sale, both properties were 66.7 percent leased.
The first building is located at 10200 Grogans Mill Road and comprises 80,180 square feet spread across five stories on a 5-acre site with a recently renovated lobby and common areas. Tenants include companies from various sectors such as law, finance and civil engineering among others.
The second asset is situated less than a mile away at 1610 Woodstead Road comprising 72,601 square feet spread across four stories on 4.7 acres of land with tenants in industries like oil & gas technology consulting logistics etc.. Both buildings are conveniently located near Interstate 45 roughly 30 miles north of Houston TX .
