Geller & Co. Relocates NYC Headquarters to 99 Park Avenue

Financial services and strategic advisory firm Geller & Co. has signed a 45,290-square-foot lease at 99 Park Avenue, a 26-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan owned by Global Holdings. The firm will occupy part of the ninth floor and the entire 10th floor as it moves its New York headquarters from its previous location at 909 Third Avenue.

The lease follows the launch of a $30 million capital improvement program by Global Holdings aimed at modernizing and upgrading the Park Avenue property.

“The cache of working on Park Avenue remains as corporate businesses continue to look for dynamic and progressive workplaces in convenient locations,” said Craig Panzirer, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Global Holdings. “Today’s lease signing and the overall momentum at the building is a testament to our investment.”

Geller & Co. was represented in the transaction by Bryan Boisi of Cushman & Wakefield and Stuart Romanoff of Romanoff Realty Services LLC. Global Holdings was represented by Craig Panzirer and Alex Radmin, along with Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan, and Harrison Potter of JLL.
