**GEICO Signs 165,000-Square-Foot Lease at Galatyn Commons in North Dallas**
GEICO has signed a lease for 165,000 square feet of office space at the Galatyn Commons campus, located in the Richardson submarket of North Dallas. The insurance company will occupy the entirety of Building B at 2375 North Glenville Drive.
The lease follows recent renovations completed by Mapletree Investments to modernize the Galatyn Commons property. The 800,000-square-foot office campus spans four buildings and now features a multi-station food hall, a dining and collaboration area equipped with Wi-Fi, and a Starbucks offering grab-and-go food options.
Additional amenities at Galatyn Commons include a 150-person conference center, a Wi-Fi-enabled lounge for meetings, and a 10,000-square-foot fitness center with locker rooms. Outdoor facilities provide residents with enhanced work-life balance offerings, including Wi-Fi-enabled spaces, grill stations, bocce courts, a fire pit, ample seating, an amphitheater, and a dedicated food truck court.
