Blue Star Land is gearing up for the next phase of its retail and apartment development near Preston Road and U.S. Route 380. Preleasing has already begun for the 250,000-square-foot retail portion, with several major national retailers already on board.
According to a report by The Dallas Morning News, competition remains fierce among restaurants and retailers vying for space in this highly sought-after location. With the first two phases of retail nearly fully leased out east of Preston Road and north of Richland Boulevard, Blue Star Land is now focusing on expanding westward.
Last week marked the grand opening of Blue Star Land’s first phase apartments at Lakeview at Gates of Prosper project. This initial phase includes over 250 units, with plans to build even more in their upcoming second phase.
The third stage will see an additional expansion in retail space as well as welcome new tenants such as Target who opened their doors last October. Lincoln Property Company based out Dallas leads leasing efforts at Gates Of Prosper development which will push total property size past one million square feet upon completion.
This exciting news marks yet another milestone in Blue Star Land’s ongoing success story – stay tuned for further updates!
