Blue Star Land is gearing up for the next phase of its retail and apartment development near Preston Road and U.S. Route 380. The company plans to begin construction within the next month, with preleasing already underway for the 250,000-square-foot retail portion.
According to a recent report from The Dallas Morning News, major national retailers have already signed on to be a part of this growing project. With two phases of retail already completed and fully leased at over 95%, competition among restaurants and retailers continues as they vie for space in this prime location.
Last week marked the grand opening of Blue Star Land’s first phase of apartments at Lakeview at Gates of Prosper. This successful launch has prompted plans for an additional 250 units in their upcoming second phase.
The third phase will bring even more excitement to Gates Of Prosper with its newest addition – Target – which opened last October. This expansion will push the property past one million square feet total in retail space, all under leasing management by Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company.
