CBRE recently facilitated the sale of The Village Shoppes at Windermere, a 73,404-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center in Suwanee, GA. Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Company acquired the asset for an undisclosed price with Chris Decoufle, Kevin Hurley and Matt Karempelis of CBRE’s National Retail Partners – Southeast representing the seller. San Antonio’s Affinius Capital procured the buyer.
Developed in 2008 and boasting 93.3 percent occupancy at time of sale, The Village Shoppes at Windermere is located on Mathis Airport Parkway in Suwanee and features 39,200 square feet dedicated to its anchor tenant Publix as well as a dry cleaner; martial arts studio; nail salon; orthodontics office; Mexican restaurant among other tenants.
