The Moinian Group has successfully renewed a five-year lease with Gardiner & Theobald, an independent construction and property consultancy, for their 27,500-square-foot space at 535 & 545 Fifth Ave in Midtown East. This will allow Gardiner & Theobald to continue utilizing the space for their office operations.
Omar Sozkesen, VP of commercial leasing at The Moinian Group represented ownership in-house while Evan Fiddle from CBRE represented the tenant.
According to Sozkesen, this renewal is a testament to the high quality of spaces offered by their properties. He also expressed pleasure that Gardiner & Theobald chose to remain at 535 &545 Fifth Avenue which is located in one of New York City’s most prominent retail and office corridors. He further added that they are proud of the continued success they have had with leasing this property.
Apart from its office component, Paris-based professional football club Paris Saint-Germain recently signed on as a tenant filling up all available retail space within the building.
