**Gap Factory to Open at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, NY**
Gap Factory is set to open a new location at the Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, New York, as part of Levin Management Corporation’s (LMC) ongoing re-tenanting efforts at the popular Jericho Turnpike retail destination. The new lease covers 12,800 square feet and was arranged by E.J. Moawad, senior leasing representative at LMC, on behalf of the property-owner. Michael Friedman of Inline Realty represented the tenant.
This move marks a return for Gap Inc. to Mayfair Shopping Center, which previously hosted a Gap retail store. The Gap Factory store will offer a wide selection of affordable, casual-chic clothing targeting a diverse customer base.
