**Gantry Secures $27.8M Refinance Loan for Hazel Dell Marketplace in Vancouver**
Gantry has arranged a $27.8 million permanent loan to refinance maturing debt for the Hazel Dell Marketplace, a prominent grocery-anchored retail center located at 408 NE 81st St in Vancouver, Washington.
Situated on a 28-acre site, Hazel Dell Marketplace features 227,680 square feet of rentable space across 11 buildings. Key tenants include major retailers such as Safeway, Ross, Marshalls, and Parkrose Hardware. The property also hosts a diverse mix of tenants in the restaurant, professional services, beauty, and health and wellness sectors.
The financing was arranged by Blake Hering, Principal, and Abi Hunter, Associate, of Gantry’s Portland production office. The borrower is a partnership between two longstanding family office groups with a history of real estate investment and development. The ten-year, fixed-rate loan includes an initial interest-only period followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. Gantry will also act as the loan servicer.
