Galvanize Climate Solutions, a leading global investment firm focused on climate solutions, has appointed Alex Munoz as the new Vice President of Asset Management for their sustainable real estate investment strategy. Based in New York City, Munoz will be responsible for enhancing cash flow and increasing the value of Galvanize’s real estate investments through strategic capital investments and sustainability initiatives.
With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate asset management, Munoz brings valuable expertise to his new role at Galvanize. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Principal at GI Partners where he oversaw Northeastern real estate investments in life sciences and data centers. In this position, he successfully executed redevelopment projects and implemented asset repositioning strategies while also managing capital deployment and leasing efforts.
Before his time with GI Partners, Munoz held positions at top institutional platforms such as Goldman Sachs and PGIM Real Estate. He has extensive knowledge across various property types within US markets and is well-versed in executing business plans ranging from core to opportunistic investment strategies.
