Construction is currently underway for A Tempo by Hilton and Homewood Suites, located at the intersection of Power Road and Loop 202.
This new hotel will feature a total of 174 rooms spread out over four stories. The upscale lifestyle brand, Tempo by Hilton, will offer 97 rooms with luxurious amenities such as a resort-style pool with cabanas, an event lawn, private event spaces, and indoor/outdoor fitness areas. The remaining portion of the hotel will be occupied by Homewood Suites by Hilton which will have 77 extended-stay suites.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal’s report on this project, there are plans for a full-service restaurant and bar within the hotel that promises an elevated casual dining experience with its New American menu.
Vivo Development Partners is leading this project as part of their larger Gallery Park mixed-use development. Upon completion, Gallery Park is expected to encompass over one million square feet of commercial space including offices,
retail shops,and restaurants. Additionally,it also includes plans for luxury apartments totaling up to305 units.
