Gallatin Commits to Major Downtown Development

Boyle Investment Co. has been chosen by city officials to revitalize Gallatin’s downtown square and construct a new city hall, bringing significant economic growth to the town of 45,000 residents located just a short drive from Nashville.

The proposed development will span two blocks owned by the city and feature a “major brand” hotel, residential units, green spaces for public use, as well as retail and dining options.

According to reports from the Nashville Business Journal, this project is expected to generate over $40 million in property tax revenue over two decades and have an estimated economic impact of $261 million during its construction phase. Additionally, it is projected to create more than 300 permanent jobs within the community.

With its opening in 2001 of their Nashville office location , Memphis-based Boyle Investment Co. has become known for their impressive portfolio which includes nearly four million square feet of office and retail space currently managed with another five million square feet in various stages of development or planning.

Some notable developments led by Boyle include Berry Farms , McEwen Northside , Meridian Cool Springs ,and Capitol View .
