City Officials Select Boyle Investment Co. for Downtown Gallatin Redevelopment Project
Gallatin, a thriving town with a population of 45,000 just outside Nashville, has chosen Boyle Investment Co. to spearhead the revitalization of its downtown square and construction of a new city hall.
The ambitious project will span two city-owned blocks and feature an array of amenities including a high-profile hotel brand, residential units, green spaces for public use and various retail and dining options.
According to reports from the Nashville Business Journal, this development is projected to generate over $40 million in property tax revenue over the next 20 years while also having an economic impact worth $261 million during its construction phase. Additionally, it is expected to create more than 300 permanent jobs within Gallatin’s community.
Boyle Investment Co., headquartered in Memphis but with an established presence in Nashville since 2001,
brings extensive experience managing nearly four million square feet of office and retail space as well as five million square feet currently under development or planning stages throughout Middle Tennessee. Some notable projects include Berry Farms,
McEwen Northside,
Meridian Cool Springs
and Capitol View.
This latest venture marks another significant addition to their impressive portfolio.
