PCCP has facilitated a loan of $72.4 million to WPT Capital Advisors for the purchase of two Class A warehouse buildings at Elizabeth Creek Gateway in North Fort Worth, TX. These buildings, known as Buildings D & E and located at 16000 and 15716 Wolff Crossing, were built in 2021 and are fully leased by three tenants. They boast features such as a clear height of 36 feet, ample trailer parking space, ESFR sprinklers, and multiple points for entry/exit.

Elizabeth Creek Gateway is situated within AllianceTexas which is approximately twenty miles north of Downtown Fort Worth. This area includes various transportation facilities such as the BNSF Railway Intermodal Facility, a cargo airport, FedEx and UPS sort hubs,and an Amazon air hub. Additionally,it has access to major highways connecting it to other parts of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplexand other significant cities in Texas.The property is also conveniently located just three miles from Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport,nearby Dallas-FortWorth International Airport,andFortWorth Meacham InternationalAirport,making it an ideal location for regionaland national distribution purposes.
