"FW to Invest $13M in Golf Course Renovations"

Fort Worth is investing $13 million into the renovation of Meadowbrook Golf Course in hopes of boosting business on their side of town. The project will involve a complete rerouting of the course, as well as new irrigation systems and expanded parking areas, putting green, and short-game practice area.

According to Virtual Builders Exchange, construction began in February with initial tasks such as excavation and shaping the grounds already underway. The Larry Rodgers Design Group served as project engineer while Colligan Golf Design was responsible for civil engineering work.

The city acquired Meadowbrook Country Club back in 1938 at its current location on Jenson Road. With an expected completion date set for summer 2025, Fort Worth is eager to see how these renovations will revitalize this historic golf course.
