Fort Worth has been selected as the location for Continental Tire’s new industrial building and offices, with a total investment of $69 million. The build-to-suit project will span 752,000 square feet and include 7,500 square feet of support offices. It will be situated at 10101 Old Burleson Road within the Risinger/35 Logistics Park on an expansive 85.9-acre site developed by Hillwood.
Construction began last month and is expected to be completed in early 2026. GSR Andrade Architects, based in Dallas, has been chosen as the architect for this project.
In addition to Continental Tire’s plans for construction at this site, DICK’s Sporting Goods Inc., another major company based in Germany with over190 ,000 employees across61 countriesand554 locations , also intends to build an800 ,000-square-foot distribution center withintheRisinger/35 Logistics Park . This development is projectedto create around300 job opportunities .
