Fulton Street Companies Shifts Focus to Bathhouse Concept in West Loop

Fulton Street Companies (FSC) has recently announced a major development in Chicago, signing a long-term lease with Bathhouse, a renowned spa company from New York City. The 40,000-square-foot building at 1010 W. Madison Street will be custom-built for the brand’s unique concept.

The decision to partner with Bathhouse marks an exciting shift in FSC’s plans for the site. Originally intended as a luxury condominium building, FSC recognized the potential of bringing something new and innovative to Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.

Under this revised plan, two levels of amenities will be offered along with a rooftop pool and restaurant boasting an elegant concrete and glass design inspired by traditional bathhouses. According to FSC CEO Alex Najem: “Bathhouse is truly disrupting the industry… It offers consumers high-quality functional bodywork that goes beyond your typical luxury spa experience.”

Bathhouse prides itself on its highly functional services which combine ancient techniques with modern practices in an engaging social setting. Alongside their latest project at 1010 W.Madison Street, FCS has several other developments underway throughout Chicago.

This announcement marks another successful venture for Fulton St Cos., showcasing their ability to adapt and deliver exceptional projects that cater to evolving consumer demands.
