"Fulton Street Companies Secures $233 Million for 11-Story Office Building"

Fulton Street Companies (FSC), based in Chicago, has successfully secured financing for their latest development project at 919 West Fulton Street. CEO and Founder Alex Najem reached an agreement with SNK Capital, led by Shanna Khan, to serve as the primary equity investment partner for the venture.

The funding will be provided by Bank OZK and Manulife while FSC and JDL Development will handle development services. Leasing responsibilities have been entrusted to Matt Pistorio of Madison Rose, while Colliers has been selected as the management firm. The anchor tenant for this 11-story office building spanning 360,000 square feet is Harrison Street Real Estate Capital who will occupy a spacious headquarters space of 70,000 square feet.

Situated at the intersection of Fulton Market and Sangamon Streets in one of Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods,the building boasts a variety of amenities along with ground-floor retail space measuring up to 40,000 square feet.”Despite challenging market conditions,” stated Najem,”we are delighted to collaborate with Shanna from SNK Capital alongside Bank OZKand Manulife on this exceptional project.”
