Entre Commercial Realty has achieved full occupancy at the Technology Way Campus in Libertyville, Illinois with the completion of two subleases totaling 68,825 square feet. The property boasts impressive features such as 24-foot ceilings, eight truck docks, and ample parking.
The first transaction involved a sublease of 24,777 square feet to AAT Sales Inc., a reputable provider of food service equipment. This move allowed AAT Sales to expand their business from a nearby Northbrook location. Tri-State Realty’s Rob Elbrecht represented the subtenant while Dan Benassi and Sam Deihs acted on behalf of the sublandlord.
In another successful deal at this campus, LED Tranquility Inc., a company specializing in customized audio-visual experiences for trade shows and international events leased 44,048 square feet through a sublease agreement. Dan Benassi and Sam Deihs were solely responsible for representing the interests of both parties in this transaction.
