Fullerton Properties Acquires Space City Office Building

Fullerton Properties, a local investor, has recently purchased an office building near the renowned Johnson Space Center. The six-story Atrium Crest is a 107,529-square-foot property situated on NASA Road 1 in Houston’s Clear Lake area.

JLL acted as the representative for Fullerton Properties and successfully secured Kashi Atrium as the buyer. Patrick Hill of Colliers represented Kashi Atrium during this transaction.

The building is conveniently located at 18333 Egret Bay Blvd., close to Nassau Bay community. It underwent renovations in 2004 and offers a flexible layout that can cater to various users’ needs and space requirements. Currently, it boasts an occupancy rate of 79% with multiple tenants leasing its spaces.

Marty Hogan led JLL’s Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team while representing the seller during this deal.

According to Hogan, “Atrium Crest presented an excellent opportunity for value addition through leasing up vacant spaces at a highly competitive price.” This acquisition by Fullerton Properties adds another valuable asset to their portfolio in Space City.
