"Fullerton Center Hard Corner for Redevelopment: Shopoff's Sale Opportunity"

Shopoff Realty Investments recently completed the sale of a prime retail property in Orange County. The property, located at the busy intersection of Euclid and Rosecrans, includes a Del Taco drive-thru ground lease and a 6,355-square-foot three-tenant pad with current tenants Papa John’s Pizza, Sunrise Optometry, and Coffee Code.

The buyer is Dream ERE: Real Estate, an experienced local investor from Orange County. According to Shopoff president and CEO William A. Shopoff,”This is an excellent investment opportunity due to its high-traffic location near established housing communities.”

In addition to this successful transaction, Shopoff has received unanimous approval for their redevelopment plans for the aging Sunrise Village Shopping Center. The project will include The Pines at Fullerton – a mixed-use development featuring 113 homes – which will bring even more foot traffic to this corner retail space when it opens in January 2023.

With its strategic location and upcoming residential development nearby, the hard corner of Fullerton Center presents great potential for investors looking for strong returns in Orange County’s thriving market.
