DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services recently finalized a lease for a 102,878-square-foot Class A industrial property in Ontario. The undisclosed tenant has signed a four-year agreement.
EVP Christopher Migliori of DAUM’s Newport Beach office and Gus Andros from the Ontario office represented the landlord, while Jeff Bellitti from JLL represented the tenant.
Situated on 4.7 acres at 5505 E. Concours St., this facility was constructed in 2001 and features an impressive list of amenities including over 3,000 square feet of office space, fourteen dock high loading doors with levelers, one ground level door with secured truck court access, and BNSF rail service through six doors.
