Ft. Worth Apartments from Hamilton Zanze: Spinning Off Now!

Hamilton Zanze recently sold the 4000 Hulen Apartments, a three-building luxury apartment community in Fort Worth, Texas. After six years of ownership and numerous renovations to the property’s interior and exterior, Hamilton Zanze decided to spin off the 240-unit property located at 4000 Hulen St., which was built by Gunn and Partners in 2015 for $32.6 million.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom homes average 886 square feet with private balconies/patios included as well as upgraded amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, business center clubhouse & private parking spaces. Mission Rock Residential – an affiliate of Hamilton Zanze – currently oversees management of this community.
